Prop - Law Book

This one is easily made.  All you need are these : Some nice papers, cardboards and foam sheets.  Cut to your desired size.

Draw the letters in.  Colour them using Gold Gel Ink pen.  Nice!

Taped the cut foam sheets to the desired thickness, glue the papers to the cardboards to make the cover of the book.

Viola! Looks almost like the real thing and very light for my lil' Lawyer to carry! ^_^!!

The Wig

Some times ago I blogged about Calista being chosen to dress up as a lawyer in her Kindy Year End Concert and about my intention to make a lawyer's wig and some prop for her.  Well, here's the wig.  The base which I got someone to help knit, I'm not a knitter.


Here's how I make those curls. Tie the end to a marker pen and roll on.



The desired length.



Use your trusty UHU Adhesives, glue the yarn.



Pull out from the market pen. It does look like a big fat juicy grub, hor.



Tadaa! Nice or not? Heheh a bit too small but overall I'm satisfied!

On our way home, car radio blasting away...

Chia : Eh.....any clue?
Meow : Buahahahahaha!!!!!
Horsie : What the...!!!! Stupid bugger!! Give all the Chias a bad name only!
DJ1 & 2 : ??!!!
DJ1 : Em er...Chia, I repeat the question again...How many pins are there in a TENNN pins bowling event?
Chia : Eh....em...(Squeaky wheels in the brain spinning...nggeek, ngeeek, nggeek..)
DJ2 : If he answer 8 or even 7 and a half...I'm gonna...(Meow laughing too hard liao couldn't hear what the DJ was saying...meanwhile Horsie was @#$%%^ stupid bugger!! People already told you ...haiz....tainting the Chia name only..*grumble grumble*
DJ1 : Er, Chia? Here's a clue...the number is between 9 and 11.
Chia : Oh...Ten!
Meow : *wipe tears*..hahahaha
